The government of India has liberalized the Covid-19 inoculation programme in India for Phase 3 of the National Vaccination Programme. From today, the 28th of April, citizens from 18 years of age and above will be able to register for the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine on the CoWIN mobile application and on the website, cowin.gov.in. Registration can also be done through the Aarogya Setu and UMANG apps.
So that citizens do not struggle to get themselves registered, here’s what you need to do to complete the registration process –
For registration through website or the Co-WIN app, users have to enter their respective mobile number, an OTP will be sent, following which the personal details have to be entered. Photo ID proof is a must, so keep it handy.
Up to four family members can be added for vaccination from one number and an appointment can be scheduled.
